I am here in Cuencame to visit my mom and she didnt have a room ready for me. My GF called to check prices and availability and the receptionist was very polite and accepted several of her phone calls. I booked the room and I can tell everything is clean and comfortable. They were able to be flexible and accept my US dollars since i booked 4 nights. I got a double bed room. The rooms have AC and is spacious. The maid was also polite and respectful and did a good job. My only suggestions for improvement is to strengthen the wifi and add hooks to the restroom so people can hang things such as their towel or loofah. Thank you!! **update I ended up staying one more night. It was their last room available. But it was for a reason. It had water leaking right outside the door which causes the room to smell bad and my room had 2 roaches. The room also had obvious wear and tear. The staff is nice but the room you get might be a toss up just so you are aware.
